...prints have arrived and will be ready for sale at Swaffham on Friday at the indoor market.
Thank goodness, I was nearly out of them. I'm asked about them every week...am I the artist. I'm honest and say no...I'm not that talented. Elle has all the talent...just gets the look in the eye just right, plus everything else.
This is her "A Winter Story". I'm nearly out of the hare prints, but do have a rooster this time. I've lots of greyhound and whippet prints for those who've been asking.
Of course, the French soap will be there as usual...verveine, masculin and lavender, plus olive oil soaps...body lotion and shower gel...just ask if you can't make Swaffham and would like to know more. It won't be long before my whole range of items will be displayed. Sandra...who has let me perch at the end of her tables, is moving (with her husband) into a shop in June...so exciting! And I'm taking over the tables...so I'll see you there on Fridays!

Bank Holiday Monday...
...we're at Drove Food and Craft Market, at Drove Orchard, Thornham, on Monday 7th...unfortunately no jewellery, as already some there, but you'll see all sorts of other bits and pieces...
Just a little sample...(in reality my camera keeps draining). Linen covers, with feather fillings...also there will be lavender hearts...seat belt comfies...pin cushions, plus more....and other cushions!
It will be great to see you...I'm a friendly soul!

I'm umming...
...and ahhing. Trying to choose some linen to make cushions from. I want it to be soft, so a mix would probably be best...and hardwearing, my family aren't gentle with cushions...even those for effect. It used to be easy, but it's been awhile...now there's just so much choice. I've found some in Japan, I like...or do I buy a bolt from France...
Apart from that...I took my camera into the garden again...

My chair...
...is now sitting in the sunshine of the garden. It's not going to stay there, and it'll be inside tonight.
It needs cleaning off as it's been varnished with coloured varnish at sometime, and needs re-upholstering, so tomorrow I'm off to the DIY store to get the bits needed. I should've gone today, but I'm in the middle of negotiations...(even if this doesn't work, please let this be the last time we try to sell and buy a house).
Yesterday was fun, and I have a lot of little cards to check through. It's amazing how many of those you pick up and are given in the course of a fair. We did come home with little meringues, the company make twenty six different flavoured ones. A bumper crop of Higgledy Pies...last day, last hour goodies...the normal freebies from the sponsors, and my sister bought me a Noddy badge...because when I was little he was my favourite children's programme, and these were handmade.
We found some beautiful linen coats and jackets from Northern Ireland...unfortunately they don't have a website, so I can't show you...but, they're waterproofed, and if the young lady's was anything to go by, didn't have the creasing issue that linen can have. I fell for the raspberry pink ones. So, I can dream!
