...from having great fun at Drove Orchard Food and Craft Fair. It was a tad chilly, but sunny all morning and people came in their "droves" (sorry for the pun!)... Sold a variety of items and lots of people asking about other bits.
It's always good to catch up with other stallholders, old friends and to make new ones. Now I could sleep for a week...but, photos need to be taken, a website needs to be finished...
So the next one is Sunday, July 22....and if you didn't get to todays, then we'll love to see you then! And it's been said I can take the other items too!

I'm sorry...
...for the dearth of new beads over the last few weeks. Between waiting for the phone to ring, jumping when it does, and not being able to concentrate on anything remotely like work, there has been a distinct lack of new items.
In this time I have had an order....which I've now completed, and the last of that is waiting to be cleaned and threaded. So hopefully Friday should see me happily back on the torch making items for my shop.
Saturday...rather than disappearing down the M3 to Southampton to watch my team, I'll be going north to Norfolk with my daughter in law, her Mum and my younger son's partner, to have a day away from all things football related...we're doing the girlie shopping bit! So if you're in the vicinity of Swaffham, Fakenham...and King's Lynn, beware of a red mini with four women in it....I'm the devil behind a wheel!

I really have...
...got to stop planning my days. It's not going to work!
Today I do have to visit my old workplace to deliver a silver chain, and I need some groceries. But, last night I saw the Andy Murray game advertised for this morning...it was said to be about 8:15am. My plan was to watch that and then make the journey. It was never going to happen. This morning they said the match should start at about 9:30...following the Venus Willliams game...they should have told the young Spanish lady Venus played, as she took it to three sets and won. Carla Suarez Navarro...from Gran Canaria...and a very good win too.
The A Murray v M Granollers (from Spain)...started at 11:00. The young Scot has taken the first set, and is looking at winning the second, so I might leave it to him...
I have been working whilst watching. I've photographed and listed some new beads...see right. Some pretty feminine colours ready for valentines. I'm a white tulip kind of person myself, not being keen on red roses...
I also had entertainment on my new feeder stick. Watching a squirrel try to work out how to climb or jump up to the food. He made the first level, but can't make it to the seed or nuts...but, you can see him trying to fathom it out. He shared his pickings with a pheasant, but chased the magpie away. The small birds were sitting on the top, and you could see their smirk.
