One week...
...ago today, we had just exchanged contracts on the Tuesday, and two items came to our door. The first was a copy of our estate agents bill...less than twenty four hours from the said exchange, and the other...these...

Oh, that is some customer service! Mind you, I bet you wish there had never been the need for flaars in the first place!
You're right...no need for the flaars would have been much better, but...it was such a sweet thought. I'm going to miss my chats with them...they've been such a part of my last year.
What a lovely thought. I know it has taken over a year but at least this is acknowledged. Gorgeous flowers.
It was, wasn't it. :) I know the sale was ultimately to their benefit, but it was a lovely thought to share a thank you.
My agent? Apart from the bill, I got a call...saying congratulations and how upset our buyers wife had been about it all!
